GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
§ 1 Entrepreneur operating an online store and the validity of these terms and conditions of sale

(2) The sale of products shall be subject exclusively to these terms and conditions of sale. Other terms and conditions of sale, primarily terms and conditions of sale from customers, apply only if recognized by us.
3 We sell our goods only to consumers in quantities customary in the trade.
4.Goods presented on the website of the online store do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. The customer, sending an order to the store, makes an offer to conclude a contract of sale of the ordered goods. The order confirmation sent by the store to the e-mail address provided by the customer constitutes a statement of acceptance of the offer referred to above. Product information posted in the online store does not mean that products are available in stock or from our suppliers.
§ 2 Agreement conclusion
(1) Within the online store, you can select individual products from the offer and, by clicking the “add to cart” icon, collect them in an electronic shopping cart. An order, which is binding on you, comes into effect only after you have provided all the data necessary for the execution of the contract, confirmed your acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, and clicked on the “proceed to order execution” icon. Until you press this icon, you can change your order at any time, as well as change the data provided for the order.2. After placing your order, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation of receipt of your order via email. By confirming receipt of your order, a contract is not concluded; confirmation of receipt of your order only documents the fact that your order has reached the store.3. We reserve the condition of accepting the order; we are not obliged to conclude a contract based on the order. The conclusion of the contract arises only when we realize the shipment of the ordered goods. Separate information will be sent on this topic via email.
§ 3 Availability and delivery time of goods
(1) In the event that the goods covered by your order are unavailable in stock, at our suppliers or for other reasons and we are unable to process your order, you will receive notice from us electronically at the e-mail address you indicated. At the latest within 30 (thirty) days counting from the date of the order, your money will be returned to you, in the manner in which the payment was made.
(2) A limited number of goods are intended for promotional sales and sales. Orders are processed according to the order in which they are received, until the stocks covered by this form of sale are exhausted in our warehouse or at our suppliers.
(3) Insofar as the goods you ordered or the goods you ordered are available, the time of delivery of the goods to the address you provided in the normal course of business will be approximately. Two to five working days (maximum 1 week) after receipt of your order. However, in case you choose prepayment as a payment method, the processing of your order will begin only after the payment is received in our account.
4.Deliveries are made only in the UK through courier companies: UPS, Parcel force, Royal Mail.

§ 5 Reservation of ownership
- Until the price is paid in full, the goods sent by us remain our property.
§ 6 Claims arising from defects in goods and liability for damages
- With regard to legal and physical defects of things, statutory regulations apply. All information about the goods is information about their characteristics and does not constitute a guarantee. Complaints are submitted electronically to the address:

Telephone complaints will not be accepted.
Complaints are processed within 30 (thirty) days.
(2) In the event of a defect in the goods, you may replace them with the same operable one or claim a refund. The condition for exchange or refund of the value of the goods is to deliver the defective product to our store.
(3) The customer has the right to return the goods up to 14 days from the date of purchase at his own expense if:
- it is not a prepaid decoder with a prepaid package or just a prepaid card top-up
- the product will be in the original packaging and have no signs of use
Prepaid proprietary decoders are subject to a 12-month warranty from skymax.pl
In case of a defect during the use of the decoder, the customer is obliged to send the equipment back to the guarantor in Poland at his own expense. The customer also covers the cost of sending back to him the repaired or replaced goods.
SATservice company does not cover the cost of shipping to service points and is not obliged to accept a damaged decoder.
(4) Claims for recharging cards will not be considered if the customer provided incorrect equipment numbers or the decoder provided does not work with the card or the card was purchased or recharged from another distributor. Such orders are considered completed without the possibility of refunds.
5. prepaid offers may occasionally experience 24-48h signal interruptions for technical reasons.
(6) At any time, the customer may expand his list of channels to a higher package than the one he currently has.
(7) In prepaid renewal offers for a lower package than the current one, there may be additional administrative costs depending on your channel package offer and system capabilities.
§ 7 Copyrights and trademarks
- Our website, as well as all of its contents, in particular text, photographs, images, graphics, prints, design, presentations, illustrations, as well as software of any kind (Software), as well as all designations and/or industrial designs are protected against unauthorized use by intellectual property rights, in particular by copyright, name and image rights, trademark rights, or rights to registered or unregistered industrial designs.
