Returns and Complaints


You can submit a complaint via the form on the Contact Us page, providing the order number or the number of the defective goods. You can also notify us by letter via traditional mail.

Telephone complaints will not be accepted.

The customer has the right to return defective goods up to 14 days from the date of purchase at their own expense. The customer also covers the cost of sending back to him the repaired or replaced goods.

Complaints are processed within 30 (thirty) days.

In case of returning the goods for reasons beyond the seller’s control, we reserve the right to deduct 20% of the administration costs from the order value.
