Broadcasters of the CBS Drama and Orange Sport channels have decided to end their operations in Poland at the end of 2016.
CBS Drama was a contractually guaranteed channel as of December 3, 2012. through May 17, 2016. from the Family HD package, and the next day the channel was made available to subscribers without a contract guarantee.
Orange Sport was briefly a guaranteed channel in the Sport HD package, as it was from October 11, 2010, until June 1, 2011. Since then, the channel was available in the Sport HD package as a non-guaranteed channel by contract.
From December 27 to 30, 2016. The Polsat, Polsat Sport, Polsat Sport Extra, Polsat Sport News, CBS Drama, and Orange Sport channels will broadcast information about the end of CBS Drama and Orange Sport broadcasts. The information will also be on the operator’s website www.cyfrowypolsat.pl and on the Subscriber Channel.
Thus, those who concluded a new or renewed contract until May 17, 2016. have a guaranteed CBS Drama channel in their current contracts and/or until June 1, 2011. have a guaranteed Orange Sport channel, will have a wicket from January 1 to 30, 2017. to terminate the contract with impunity, early, due to a change in the terms of the contract, based on the provisions of the Terms of Service

TERMINATION
I terminate the agreement for the provision of satellite television services between me and Cyfrowy Polsat S.A., without notice, effective at the end of the billing cycle, pursuant to §9, item 4 Terms of Service of Cyfrowy Polsat – exclusion of CBS Drama/Orange Sport* channels from the offer.

The above termination notice can be sent to the Customer Service Office in Warsaw at 4a Lupinowa Street, or submitted to any Authorized Cyfrowy Polsat Sales Point after the channel is switched off, i.e. from January 1, 2017!
So if for some reason you are not satisfied with Cyfrowy Polsat ‘s offer or you are paying too high a subscription, now you can give one month’s notice of such a contract and conclude it anew with a package of 6 months for free.
